Welcome to EGM Tours. By booking a tour, transfer, or service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your reservation. Payment details and timelines will be agreed upon during the booking process.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be made in writing.

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the booking date may be eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking may be partially refundable at our discretion.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

Tour Flexibility

Ireland’s weather and road conditions can occasionally require changes to planned routes, timings, or stops. While every effort will be made to follow agreed itineraries, EGM Tours reserves the right to make adjustments where necessary for safety, comfort, or operational reasons.

Photography Services

Optional photography services may be available as part of selected tours. Delivery timelines for edited images will be discussed individually. Unless otherwise agreed, all photographs remain the intellectual property of EGM Tours.

Client images will never be shared publicly without permission.

Executive Transfers

Transfer services are provided based on agreed pickup locations and timings. Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate travel details are provided in advance.

While every effort is made to ensure punctuality, EGM Tours cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, airline disruptions, or circumstances outside of our control.

Client Responsibility

Clients are expected to behave respectfully throughout tours and transfers. EGM Tours reserves the right to refuse or terminate service where behaviour is considered unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate.

Liability

While every effort is made to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, clients participate in tours and activities at their own discretion. EGM Tours shall not be held liable for personal injury, loss, damage to belongings, delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Privacy

Personal information provided during the booking process will be handled respectfully and used only for communication and service-related purposes.
